Restore Your Spark. Reclaim Your Flow.

When your internal rhythm feels out of sync and the mental fog begins to settle in, Empress is here to bring you back to centre. This comforting blend is a tribute to women’s health, designed to gently lift your energy, clear the clouds of "brain fog," and restore the vibrant spark that makes you you.

Whether you are navigating the shifts of perimenopause, managing irregular cycles, or feeling light-headed and drained after a heavy period, The Empress offers the gentle care needed to feel grounded and restored. It is more than a soup; it is a ritual for reclaiming your balance and vitality.

The Empress is your companion for:

  • Menstrual & Period Recovery: Easing PMS and replenishing the body after "depleting" cycles.

  • Perimenopause & Menopause: Clearing the fog and cooling the "heat" while grounding the spirit.

  • Hormonal Balance: Supporting the body through irregular cycles and the fatigue that follows.

  • Radiant Longevity & Vitality: A foundational tonic for overall women’s health, designed to nourish your blood and "Qi" (energy) long-term. It helps maintain a healthy glow in your skin, supports hair health, and ensures you aren't just "getting by," but truly thriving through every age and stage.
  • Angelica Root (Dang Gui) :The "sovereign" herb for women; it moves and nourishes the blood to restore a healthy flow.
  • Rehmannia (Shu Di Huang): A deeply grounding root that nourishes the "Yin" and provides the foundation for hormonal balance.
  • Codonopsis (Dang Shen): Gently builds strength and clears the "heavy" feeling of fatigue without overstimulating.
  • Poria (Fu Ling) : Helps to clear "dampness" and brain fog, leaving you feeling lighter and more focused.
  • White Peony (Bai Shao): Known for its ability to soothe the liver and ease the cramping or tension associated with PMS.
  • Atractylodes (Bai Zhu) Supports the digestive system so you can properly absorb the nutrients you need to thrive.
  • Lovage Root (Chuan Xiong): Promotes "blood flow" and is traditionally used to ease headaches and move stagnant energy.
  • Liquorice Root (Zhi Gan Cao): The "Great Harmoniser" that brings all the herbs together and settles the stomach.
