While any pot will work, we recommend ceramic, glass, or stainless steel to preserve the purity of the herbs. We suggest avoiding non-stick or aluminium pots, as these can interfere with the delicate botanical balance.
The "magic" is primarily in the broth, as the 40-minute simmer extracts the active nutrients. However, the Red Dates (Jujube) and Goji berries are delicious to eat. The roots and barks have done their work and can be composted.
