Instructions

Never touch the skin

directly.Light one end of the moxa stick until it glows
and gives off gentle heat.

Hold it 2–3 cm from the skin and move slowly over the area for 5 mins, feeling a warm, soothing
sensation.
After use, place it in a glass jar filled with dry rice and seal the lid tightly to extinguish safely
